Notes on the fixed price
- All prices net, plus VAT at the statutory rate.
- Materials and labour for all trades are included. For tiles and floor coverings that you choose from our partners, there is an allowance of 30 € gross per m². Anything above that you pay as a surcharge.
- Included in the price: high-quality taps and fittings from Hansgrohe, high-quality ceramics (WC, bathtub, shower tray, washbasin) from Duravit and high-quality radiators from Rotheigner (standard: white).
- Luxury items and coloured taps and fittings can be chosen for a surcharge. Chrome is standard.
- Windows and the front door are not included in the price and can be added as options (amounts in the calculator).
- Facade insulation for houses only, 255 € per m² including rendering, painting and scaffolding.
- The fixed price becomes binding when AIGNER BAU countersigns it after the on-site inspection.
- Our fixed-price quote is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
