You know an owner who is planning a complete renovation in Munich. You register the prospective client using our form.
We take over
We contact the prospective client, inspect the property and calculate the fixed price. You do not need to do anything else.
You receive the bonus
If the contract is concluded, you receive 1,000 €. Payment after the contract has been signed and the cancellation period has expired.

For every referred contract worth 45,000 € net or more you receive 1,000 €, fixed and with no sliding scale.

The rules.
- The bonus is 1,000 € per referred contract with a contract value of 45,000 € net or more.
- The referrer must have registered the prospective client before AIGNER BAU has had its own contact with them.
- The bonus is paid out only once per person. The same prospective client earns only one bonus; the first registration counts.
- The bonus becomes due once the contract with the customer has been concluded and the customer's 14-day cancellation period has expired.
- Payment is made by bank transfer within 14 days after the cancellation period has expired.
- AIGNER BAU reserves the right to decline referrals without giving reasons.
- The referrer is not authorised to make binding statements on behalf of AIGNER BAU.
