Eleven tradespeople mean eleven interfaces.
In a conventional partial renovation you coordinate eleven tradespeople yourself. Eleven phone numbers, eleven appointments, eleven invoices, eleven warranties. If something goes wrong, you hear: “That was not my trade.”
With AIGNER BAU you have one phone number. One project manager who coordinates everything, from the survey to the last coat of paint. If something is not right, there is one address. That is the difference between a general contractor and a collection of tradespeople.
